Research phase

The purpose of the research phase was to identify the main pain points of users, as well as to identify potential opportunities for product development by analyzing direct and 
indirect competitors

The survey was conducted using an anonymous online questionnaire, which, in addition to questions about the product, also included data on age, main field of activity, and information on the duration of using educational products and the level of activity on the platform. Solutions

The main findings from the research phase were embodied in the design solutions. The information architecture of the site was simplified and redesigned in order to improve user interaction with the website. Basic user flows were created and worked out, taking into consideration the different roles of users on the platform and website. Selected flows were tested on groups of respondents representing the product's target audience
